I knew he had plans for her after their "private meetings" took place. I don't think she ever WANTED to be Vice President and I always knew everyone who was upset that she was not picked were CRAZY because she never said she wanted it!

Tyron, I agree with part of your statement, especially regarding Howard Dean. I think many are trying to hold Dean up just because of MI and FL as others are blaming him for the situation. I think Dean's problems go beyond just that situation....some here have suppose that because Dean helped to 'create a national bottom up strategy' which has had some success that he should therefore remain the head of the party.

I think it is a very flawed agrument to think white working class voters better known as Reagan Democratics which are more moderate and conversative Dems will automatically vote for a Liberal Democratic like Obama because he is a Democrat. If that was the case they would have voted overwhelmingly for Kerry in 2004.

The Clintons were smart enough to know that in order for the Dems to win they needed to court these voters because they are swing voters in states like PA and OH. If...

If Hillary would have become the nominee, Obama would have been a smart VP choice because of the African-American vote and new voters that he has broughten in.

Hillary, on the other hand, will NOT be a smart choice for Obama. The "blue collar" workers she claims to have a grip on will more than likely vote for Obama in the general election without her help. But, when Novemeber comes and I along with many other Americans cast my ballot for McCain or choose not to vote at all (if Obama is the Nom.) will you guys continue to blame HIllary IF Obama doesn't win, or will you finally admit/realize that the Kool-aide doesn't taste so good to every American? I will admitt, it's tough to see your canidate down, but in the end if God doesn't want something to happen, it doesn't happen.

I don't think it is COMPLETELY fair, but at this point Obama can afford to lose 10 delegates. The fact that close to 40% of voters chose "uncommitted" and went out JUST to vote "uncommitted" shows that Obama clearly would have gotten a decent number of votes if people actually had the OPTION to go out and vote for him. I'm sure many voters on BOTH sides did not go out to vote because Obama was not on the ballot. Many Clinton supporters probably felt they didn't...
