They... Arista PR... are generating buzz about this using youtube.... the gays.... and the clubs.....

I bet he only was given a part vocal to use or told to use a version with the vocal clip at this stage to generate buzz. The full "radio mix" will be released later. As we have only managed to hear from several sources on different nights a verse and a lot of ooooohs.

Could it be that Peter Rauhofer only received a sampler with just a portion of the song? This could be similar to how studios release a trailers for films. I've seen this before - the last time I recall hearing just a portion of the actual song was a mix of "Stand Up for Love" by Destiny's Child. A few weeks later the DJ played the full song in his mix.
