confidence or lack thereof is both mental and physical as in whitney's case. just cuz one has the physical ability, without the mental prep you gonna go
nowhere. hence, the saying.. you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.

i'm surprised you made that statement. lmao! so one needs to make a dozen or more calls or get smacked a hundred times before it's considered wrong or
abuse? you must come from the chris brown school of thought. and how many times did chris brown/rihanna make 911 calls before the incident and how many that
weren't reported? please... you walked urself into this one. i'm done. lol.

Lets be realistic drugs like cocaine and crack were very popular in the generation that Whitney grew up in. A lot of people I know who are in Whitney's
age range whether gay or straight have admitted to me that tried cocaine or crack at least once. Also Whitney started in the entertainment business very
young, and drugs is somewhat a part of the business.
But back to stage presence issue, Whitney lacks confidence partly due to her being sober as well as vocal decline. Even when Whitney was not in good voice and she was high she had a very confident stage presence. Sober Whitney is a perfectionist so when her vocals are not precise and on point she feels it even more than we do. |

"...cocaine and crack were very popular in the generation that Whitney grew up in..."
Cocaine and other drugs are still very popular in the music industry. Adam Lambert from AI admitted to current drug use in his Rolling Stones interview. He said something about not doing cocaine, but was open about other drugs. |

mcworld wrote: I asked you that question b/c you said "I guess those 911 calls were fake too." So since you mad it
plural I wanted to know how calls were actually made, b/c I only remember one, and I wasn't saying just b/c a
person makes one call doesn't mean they aren't getting abused, so please don't put words in my mouth. Again like I said earlier, I don't
believe Whitney was abused in the sense, she got the crap kicked out of her and she was some helpless little woman who just couldn't get out, etc.....I
believe Whitney and Bobby fought each other like cats and dogs all the time, and she has stated in interviews that she has done the hitting and fighting. One more thing, I didn't walk myself into anything, LOL!

mcworld wrote: Well, I guess I missed the headlines on those occurances; I hope the 96/97 incident you're referring to isn't the case of slashed face from the rock she said she fell on, b/c that wouldn't count as a 9ll call due to domestic violence/abuse. |

BABYJAMES2002 wrote:lol, did i say that? nope. debate all you want.. that fact is that domestic violence did occur. i got to know a relative from john houston's side of the family. he told me a story of when he was at cissy's house and she received a phone call. he overheard the conversation and said it was whitney crying and that bobby hit her again. anyway i'm done with this topic. believe what u want to believe... |

There were no public talks of 911 until 2001 and an abuse call in 2003. wasn't the 2001 call for Bobby? anyway... Hopefully we'll be gettin new info
soon so we don't rehash old news.

I voted and Nippy is MILES ahead. So this poll is calling the album "Undefeated" I don't hate it IF its true but it sure gives you something to
live up to. If said title is correct then I have no fears for the album because that is a BOLD title!
