She already has her 1st single, "The One" out ... since Whitney Houston's album is coming out 2 months ahead, should we not have a single soon if not now? Granted, I think that 5 months ahead like Blige might be a bit much. VH1 article

Now THATS talking.. You know how something was brewing around the twitters when we all went quiet and not a peep... that was just before the June announcement of the Album on her website..... me thinks this will be perfect. Whitney Houston - Gift Thats a title that can be marketed on especially for the holiday crowds and a statement of giving and recieving and god gave her the gift etc etc etc.... My gift to you........
