Okay, IF this Gigi McKenzie is on the CD I am cool with it. Because it means we will be getting some smooth and jazzy. If all this alleged information is true
this CD may cover about every aspect of music that Whitney loves. And will have something for everyone.

I would LOVE a jazz song on the album, but I wouldn't get my hopes up too much. This woman could just be a back-up singer who sings jazz on her own time.

hopefully after this big comeback, she will churn out a few records at a good pace. her catalogue is so small for someone with such talent who started so young
and has been around this long.

yes hopefully once this record is out she does put out a record each 18 months. spiece it up with a jazz, gospel and another RB and pop one to keep us all
happy. she needs to not wait so long between records that is for sure

my opinion is whitney has recording so many songs, they could easily pick enough for a remix album and drop it as a dance cd with added kool vids. or they
could do a release with updated musical accompaniment with mid and uptempo tracks. that would speed up the process of finding new songs and going thru the
recording process. also slap on 4-5 new tracks for the promo to entice people to buy. overall less work for her and faster released material. drop the cd a
year from now instead of her regular 2-3 yrs. then she can think about a pure gospel/soul/jazz album in her later years. i would love for her to work with guys
like buddy guy, jeff beck, BB King on a few blues tracks.

my hope is that they have enough recorded material to really work this album... bonus / deluxe re issue with at least 4 new tracks...remixes, videos for at
least 5 tracks ... at least we get our (deserved) fill of whitneys comeback. I know whitney prefers to take her time between albums, and im pretty sure
she's not the type to start promoting a new album every 18 months, although that would surprise me if she did. I think a full new album will be on the
cards again for 2011 after the sept release, which could be fantastic (vocally) if she is touring in 2010 in support of the comeback disk.
