It just doesn't do anything for them. Plus it just doesn't sound finished. I think most people want Whitney back on top of the game and that includes the young people. Because all they have heard from people is that Whitney Houston in the best sing in the world. So they want to hear that and this song to them doesn't do it. Most people have accepted the decline in the voice, but wish she could recapture just a portion of that great smooth sound. Most people maybe saying "This is what we waited for. She needs to come harder". Everyone wants nothing but success for her. And for her to reclaim her proper spot as queen of pop/R&B music.

Wasn't a fan of the remixes so I declinded to comment. The song itself - I love it for what it is. I love it because it's Whitney. I love the story she is telling us. I lvoe how she is putting herself out there. I get chills when I hear it. It makes me happy to be a Whitney fan. The voice is there. I just don't think this song is a showcase for bombastic vocals. Not sure why some think she should be belting all over the place. Regardless of how I personally feel, I DO NOT think this should be a single, unless it's down the road. I think this might being used as another one of those Thursday treats - their buzz approach. Since it was rumoured we were supposed to get the album cover this week, I think the youtube clips of the remixes might have thrown them for a loop thus why we got the original version of IDKMOS. This song in itself will create a buzz based on the lyrics and her understated vocal. It ells Whitney's story of the past few years. I just don't think this will work at radio AT ALL unless they are doing a double a side with this track for Urban AC and AC with another for Pop, Urban and Rhythmic. Urban will probably play this, but I don't think it's going to be huge. I also don't think this will create a big splash regardless if it's new Whitney or not. That's why I thought they were waiting so long to release to radio because they have a bonafide smash that radio wouldn't hesitate to pick up, this is not the song though. That said, I do find it interesting this has NOT gotten ANY curiousity spins from radio like LINL did. It makes me wonder if radio knows what is coming and what is going on. Radio has to know about a single at this point and what format it would be going to. It's too late in the game for them to be holding out on that info. I wouldn't be surprised if program directors do know what the first single is and HAVE heard it.
