Jellybean Benitez produced Love Will Save The Day but i read somewhere back in the day he was offered duties also on another uptempo production off the album.
There could have been only one choice left.
Eventually Arista went for the wall of sound, boombastic production by Narada and Jelly's version was never used.
Apparently he thought it was that good that he decided to use it himself for his 1991 own album Spillin' The Beans through another female vocalist.

honestly, even if i put my imagination at hard work, pasting Whitney's vocals to the sound....well, so glad Narada was chosen.
