Tom Joyner Show had Kevin Hart from The Insider reporting on the story. He said he reported Whitney's people denied the story as false and then said that Whitney will probably earned around $7 million from Sparkle if it does well because she is the Executive Producer and her world tour from 2010 earned $36 million even though she didn't sing much. Tom Joyner as usual wanted to know if the story was possible then Kevin went on to say which was untrue that Whitney had things auctioned from her house when she was living in Atlanta and had to stay with Cherelle. And then he went on and talked about Whitney's name not being on her songs like Mariah Carey but Whitney like MJ has means to make large sums of money quick.

Thanks for the summary. I dont think its even possible for a MEGA-superstar/Icon like a Whitney or a Michael to EVER go "broke". They are too big of a name and have EASY means to quick money anytime they would want to make it. Tours, albums still capable of selling well (Whitney's last album) , writing a book if they wanted to or ever NEEDED cash (you know it would be a best-seller. Easy profit there.) , and (in Whitney's case atleast) Producing and Executive-producing films. Not to mention royalties from their older albums which still sell at a nice rate on a yearly basis. And royalties (in Whitney's case) from dvds of the movies she has starred in and/or produced or executive-produced. She gets a cut in the royalties everytime the dvds are sold or when the movies are aired on tv, I'm sure. And im sure she gets a nice hefty paycheck for simply wearing the title of producer or executive producer. And not to mention, if a Mega superstar/Icon like a Whitney or a Michael WANTED or NEEDED cash, there'd always be PLENTY of rich people, kings and princesses, big heavyweight movers and shakers, and other industry bigwigs of the world who would personally PAY them and fly them out to perform for them, or give private shows or to make special appearances anytime. There's just too many ways for a MEGA-superstar on their level to make easy quick money should they ever need to make it. Especially when they have their hand in more than one pot and have other investments other than making music and touring (like Whitney wearing her "Producer" and "Executive-producer" hats for multiple projects/films that all have been successful). "Broke"? Yeah right.
