Thank you Jasmineuk28! Did you hear the high note Nippy hit 3:58? My girl still has her spinto soprano voice. During MLIYL era her tone was very dramatic
soprano, now lately her tone is more softer to her normal voice which is spinto. Thats the tone difference we are hearing. The drugs made her voice so bulky
and full sounding, but she is truly a angelic spinto. I hear it.

It truly sounded like Junior was handed the vocals to do a remix, but before he even had time to work on it he was so anxious to play it on his DJ set that he
just played the vocals over some random instrumental. There's nothing about the music and the vocals/lyrics that fit together. Nothing. Even if his talents
are questionable, this would be an all-time low as an official remix.
But Whitney. Her voice is clear, she's feeling the lyrics, and there's a magic that Whitney brings to a song that IS present here! Even though it'll never be 1993 again, I'm hopeful for what's to come! |

I need desperately to hear the OFFICIAL version cuz this one - though its remix and mid-acapella version - haven`t made me say "WOW". There`s sth in that song thats does not connect to me. like most i hate the remix, i love the story Whitney is telling, love the way she is delivering it to us, it's the best thing i heard in a very long time!
lets not judge til we hear the completed version! i prefer the other remix better that was done by Peter Rauhofer!

I love Whitney's voice on this song, however there is one part towards the end where she says "strength' that has got to be cleaned up, because it
sounds strained and tired, other than that, she sounds incredible and I can't wait to hear the official but that one part has to go, surely someone heard

Wow! I just can say: the voice is back! I love it. I got goosebumps allover my skin. Even with what's "left" of her voice she's still better

well, being a diane warren fan i am glad she wrote this with whitney in mind as the song really brought it!
i like the delivering and phrasing of the performance, and i am sure the studio trics and foster's expertise will make sure that her voice stands out. i do not worry about whitney hitting those high notes anymore (and mind you, i am a High-Notes-lover) because right now intimacy is what i want from her, subtle and soft sounds just as good to me and anyway..tomorrow they should unveil the cd cover..who knows..maybe there will be some snew tudio audio in the background? anyone thought of that? |

...very classic Whitney. You can tell, even through that horrible remix, that she sings the song with emotion, very heartfelt.
