I never said the album would flop I said if it not set up right it will. Stop fucking acting like I'm wishing the worst for Whitney. The song sound boring
and dated. Not even Whitney voice can save the song. Would you be happy if she release subpar music and then when it flops media and fans laught at her calling
her a as been and washed up.look at the blogs. People don't hate the song they just not feeling it. Why realase a song when the feed back is so and so.
Cher and Tina had great come backs and I want the same for my queen.
Fuck off and stop acting like I want WH to fail all I'm saying the song is boring and that's not Whitney fault cause her vocals are on point. .Why don't they add background singers and fine a hook to it and give it a better beat.If this is the new single then it needs more work done to make it a better song. This is WH the best singer and her music should be right. I don't want Beyonce or Ree sounds but MLIYL part 2 would be great. |

let me just put it this way... when I heard (WH, COMEBACk, FOSTER, WARREN and SINGING THE HELL OUT OF THE SONG) I imagined something completly different. and i
dont mean expectations.. I mean this does not sound like a foster production, this does not sound liek a wh power ballad, this does not sound like and
agressive comeback single.. does not mean it is bad per se but the way it was presented gave me a wrong idea....

Hopefully, mainstream stations will embrace "Strength" as well, in the midst of these trying economic times, because radio could really use a song
with substance that inspires the masses to become their better selves.
_________________________________________________________________ totally agree with this. this is a real song, you dont hear them much anymore what with artists who are here one year and gone the next. radio eat up and spit out songs so fast but this is a real song, with emotion behind the words. you might not hear that much anymore on radio and CD's but i for one love it and think it is about time radio played stuff like this again. like in the 80's and 90's. real songs from real people who had the goods, not some great marketing team and some shot voice that was here one year and then gone the next. |

Your point is flawed. Your are entitle to think what you want.
From my point of view Whitney needs a hit album to be back on top. The young people only the bad things about Whitney. They have no idea what her body of work is. She has a point to prove that she is back and better than ever. I'm so tired of defending her from the haters now this is her time to shake it and get her shine back. A flop album or subpar music will not do it. M all for good music too. This 2009 and not 2000 Whitney haven't had a hit ballad since I belive in you and me. What makes you think this ok song will bring her back. |

I am 28 years old. I do not want to hear Whitney singing Rhianna/Lady Gaga/etc type songs. We have enough of that crap on the radio. I think it is time to return to positive messages and good vocals. Is it possible to burn the song from youtube to CD? |

I am now on 115 plays on my iPod. I played it for 2 different lots of friends last night. First friend, an Austrian girl loved it...but said she feels sad
her voice is so different but that it still sounds beautiful and was a really emotional song. More friends came in later and they both loved it...in fact one
of them, who is not normally very emotional said it gave her goose bumps
Its still on repeat play with me and i am liking it more and more. |

I love the song. I think it will be a #1 hit. People forget that young people are not the only ones that buy CD's. This song serves as a compelling story
and people of all ages will buy into it because of Whitney's long road back.
Do not worry there will be pleanty of fresh material targeted for the younger audiences, but this is a great first single to bridge the gap to where Whitney was, what she has gone through, and where she is now. Go Whitney!!! |
