You didn't just Sherri Shepherd him, did you?Santorum is comparable to Michelle Bachman or any other extremist right winger who doesn't understand what the separation of church and state means.
You didn't just Sherri Shepherd him, did you?

I stop watching the news because everybody keeps talking about it like it some kind of controversy when the vast majority of americans use birth control. Its the hight of hypocrisy and although I'm not surprised at Obama's opponents using whatever they can find, especially since the economy is getting better, Its the media that drives me nuts as usual by going on and on about something that just doesn't make any sense. 28 state already have this law in place and we're freaking talking about universities and hospitals that hire thousands of employees from all walks of life... I hope Obama never says anything about it and let it just blow over, the kind of people who find this offensive were never gonna vote for him in the first place. anyway I needed somewhere to vent
And on the RIck santorum topic, his biggest problem is not appearing presidential enough, he comes across like a Kid in an amusement park every time he has a major speech, and the long drawn out hug to his wife every time he speaks about her is kind of strange. I don't think he'll win at the end because he doesn't make a convincing case for himself, he had a big opportunity after the 3 state sweep but his speech that night was a disaster no real gravitas in his presentation.

If this works out as a political plus for him, that is great! I just think it is such a non-issue and Catholics and Conservatives were getting their panties in a bunch for absolutely nothing! I mean what do the Republicans have to complain about after all? The economy is slowly getting better after already crashing under President Bush. Obama has successfully begun the draw down of two wars and is ready to start slimming and trimming the military to make them more effective. He gave the order that captured and killed the man responsible for 9/11 and other terrorist attacks around the world. Mission Accomplished. He has provided health care to countless Americans who were unable to get healthcare due to pre-existing conditions. He has expanded the rights for all Americans, not just those that share his personal beliefs. So really things are stacking up well for him, IF the economy continues to improve.

Nataural causes? At 43, that really scary!!
Andrew Breitbart, the noted conservative Internet publisher and author, has died. He was 43.
A statement posted on his website said that Breitbart died "unexpectedly from natural causes" this morning.
The Los Angeles Coroner's Office confirmed to ABC News Radio that Breitbart died shortly after midnight at UCLA Medical Center.
The following statement was posted on Breitbart's website today:
"With a terrible feeling of pain and loss we announce the passing of Andrew Breitbart. We have lost a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a dear friend, a patriot and a happy warrior.
Andrew lived boldly, so that we more timid souls would dare to live freely and fully, and fight for the fragile liberty he showed us how to love.
Andrew recently wrote a new conclusion to his book, Righteous Indignation:
'I love my job. I love fighting for what I believe in. I love having fun while doing it. I love reporting stories that the Complex refuses to report. I love fighting back, I love finding allies, and—famously—I enjoy making enemies.
Three years ago, I was mostly a behind-the-scenes guy who linked to stuff on a very popular website. I always wondered what it would be like to enter the public realm to fight for what I believe in. I've lost friends, perhaps dozens. But I've gained hundreds, thousands—who knows?—of allies. At the end of the day, I can look at myself in the mirror, and I sleep very well at night.'
Andrew is at rest, yet the happy warrior lives on, in each of us."
A conservative blogger and journalist, Breitbart helped launch the Huffington Post and was an editor at the Drudge Report.
He also founded his own news network, acting as the publisher of several news websites including Breitbart.com, Breitbart.tv, Big Hollywood, Big Government, Big Journalism and Big Peace.
Big Government broke the ACORN child sex trafficking scandal and also, in 2011, the "Weinergate" photo scandal that led to the resignation of New York Rep. Anthony Weiner.
Breitbert was known for publishing controversial exposes and wrote a best-selling critique of celebrity culture, "Hollywood, Interrupted." His newest book "Righteous Indignation: Excuse Me While I Save the World!" was on the New York Times bestseller list.
